Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given an IELTS test on 4th August 2016 in Rajkot. I made a complaint about the test venue voice. After receiving my complaint Perna called me and asked me to either ger refund or select another test date or get the result as it is. I asked them to give me refund and test result both as I stay in Surat and had to travel to Rajkot for test. So I told her to give both as I worked hard for the test so I deserve to get the test result even if its bad and refund as well. I was denied both so I asked for refund. As I recently came from Australia. I booked the test in Australia with my Australian credit card which is closed now. So they are willing to offer me the refund but in Australian credit card which is closed. So I requested them to transfer the money in Indian bank account and they took all the necessary documents for it. Then they asked for closer report of the card. I told them in Australia they don't provide and even if they do they sent it via mail to my registered address where I am not living anymore. So they keep forcing me and actually started to harassed me. Finally I asked them to give me the test details. I was supposed to get the result today but they have extended the date yet again to 9th September and I an not sure to get the result on that day as well.
Kindly help me in this regard. It would be a great help because one IELTS exam cost 11000 rupees and I incurred the cost of another 10000 for travelling and living expenses to Rajkot.
