Hi,
I, Chetan Solur, recently booked a Jet Airways flight 9W 117 flying from London Heathrow to Bangalore departing on 1 Sep 2016 21:20. The flight was cancelled due to technical reasons. However, even after 18 hours of wait, we still haven't received any information on alternatives nor have they given us a timeline on when the issue will be solved. I have a wife who just delivered and I am stuck in the airport without being able to see the baby or the mother. This is not what I expected from a reputed airline. Irresponsible staff and pathetic service. I am never flying Jet Airways again nor will I suggest anyone else to fly. Very disappointed.
