Complaint Details
I own domestic RO water purifier from Livpure.
I did AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) on 9 June 2016. Company sent their representative from Atraya Services Pune.
The service person did the servicing but did not change pre-filter. He said that machine should run for 8 days before he can change that filter. So he promised to come back after 8 days to replace the filter.
I tried calling up but he wasn't reachable. Some time passed as I was busy with my work. Later on 29 July 2016 I received SMS from Livpure saying "This is to inform you that Atraya Service is no more with Livpure."
I got worried about my AMC and called Livpure on 11 Aug 2016 and intimated them that Atraya services has not replaced the filter. They assured me that they will send their representative to fix the issue.
Since that day I have received 3 - 4 calls from Livpure asking whether I got visit from their representative but he never showed up. Every time I waited endlessly.
Yesterday dirty water started coming from my filter. I informed them yesterday and today also. But they are not sending their representative. They are giving the same answer they have been giving since more than a month now.
Please help me.
