Complaint Details
I purchased a 375L Refrigerator on 13/08/2012 model no- S-RT41 LSPN, Serial No-0648, but the fridge stopped working. When I called the service center, they did not respond and starting misbehaving with me and the women of the family. After a huge forcing they repaired the fridge and charged me a service charge of 1100Rs, Though the compressor was in warranty. After 2 days the Fridge stopped working and again after huge trying the service centre people came and took the fridge for repairing in the center. After a week they have called and said that the fridge compressor cannot be repaired and they SAID ME THAT THE FRIDGE IS OF NO USE NOW AND TO SELL THE FRIDGE. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH ME SO RUDELY STATING THAT EVEN THE SAMSUNG HEAD AND THE HIGHER AUTHORITY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. THEY CHALLENGED ME THAT I CAN DO WHAT I WANT BUT THE FRIDGE WONT BE REPAIRED AND THE COMPANY WONT DO ANYTHING AS WELL AS THE ANSWERS WERE SO RUDE AND IN A MISBEHAVING MANNER.
*NOW I WANT TO ASK THAT WITHIN 4 YEARS DOES THE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS STOP WORKING AND IS OF NO USE AS SAID BY YOUR SERVICE CENTER PERSON??
*I NEED A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT AND A SATISFACTION OF THIS. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF JOKE TO BUY A FRIDGE OF RS 32000 AND THEN THE COMPANY SAYS THAT THE FRIDGE IS OF NO USE AFTER 4 YEARS.
* I WANT A SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND ALSO THE SATISFACTION FOR THIS.
