I have ordered a laptop for 54,499, but received laptop was wrong Configuration .. Actually I ordered Lenovo ideapad 500 80NT00PAIN model which costs 54,499 rupees... .. But I have received wrong model ( ideapad 100-141BY ) which is 25k rupees..
I have requested for returen of product and refunf my money back , but yet no response . People are saying like it takes a week . I am afraid of their process , whether i will get my refund or not .
