have done a recharge of Rs 700 yesterday of my nextra broadband..my plan has not been activated till now..i have called custome care 10times..everytym they r giving different reason..data has not been refreshed..v r doing it manually..will take 10 minutes 20minutes n ol..just wait..sumtime dere putting d call on hold for 10minutes n then disconnecting the call now they are saying our backend team only works from 10am to 7pm..so why d hell r dey lieing from so long..dis is so unprofessional..till now my plan has not been activated..i m gonna drag them to court now..now i will show wat a customer is..m pissed off to the core
