we have made several complaints for neptune vx dishwasher on ifb's customer care no. 1800 3000 5678.
we have been complaining since feb 2016. we have reminded again on 7th,12th and 19th july but nothing has been done yet.
their service person has visited the machine 4-5 times but is not able to resolve the issue. on the contrary he has damaged the dishwasher.

we have also talked to their service manager in ghaziabad who has assured us that the problem will be resolved in a day but it has been 4 days since his last commitment.

we have been constantly following up on facebook and twitter but still there is no response. the product is under warranty.
