Complaint Details
Was travelling on 20th of July on an emergency to Mangalore from Mumbai due to some death in my family purchased the ticket at very high cost Rs 16000/- and my bag does not come to Managalore Airport.Lodged the complaint at the Airport and was told by the staff at Mangalore that the baggage will arrive in the next flight. I have come back to Mumbai and for the last two months I have been following up with Jet Airways on their Missing baggage section and no proper answer is given. I would want to know are they going answer and let me know the status of the Bag. I am sure it is lying in Mumbai Airport and they are not able to identify my Bag. I would request Jet Airways to call me and take me to the lost baggage division to identify my bag. My complaint no. is IXE 9W 15468. and my tag no was 9W100572
