Hi,
Bought a Xiaomi note 3 through Mi Store order id 5160722188503127. It was delivered on 26th July, it had defective screen and replacement was initiated by Mi Store after verification at Mi Service center at BTM Layout.
The device was pickup up on 6th July after repeated followup through Bluedart team. The logistics team has forwarded it to the wrong address in Kolkata (tracking details attached) Now Xiaomi, is not even making attempt to either refund or replace the device citing some procedural difficulties even though the logistics team has confirmed that the phone was lost due to their negligence which they confirmed on email.
Please take against Xiaomi for customer harassment and negligence. They don't even have customer escalation matrix to follow up, they always give standard answer that the issue will be resolved very shortly.
