Dear Sir,

I had opened my IRCTC Account for ticket booking on 19.11.2009. since then, I had used the account with very fair and correct details and for the purpose of only booking the tickets for me, my family members and my colleagues only. Now, when I tried to login my account, this month, It was showing that Bookings are not allowed and my account is suspended. I could not understand that how it happened and also without any information to me. When I asked the Customer care about the same, they told that my account is suspended due to use of any type of third party application for autofill of the details during ticket booking which is very childish excuse. Then, I mailed to their customer care team regarding this. Then, they replied me with the reason mentioned as "Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site" which is also not very convincing. So, please help me to get my ID back which I am using for last 7 years.
