Complaint Details
I hired them for investigating my husbands girlfriends backgroud and other details but they did not provide any details. Initially they made claims that they are very old and profession and have world wide presence and coverage but nothing of that sought was true. They claimed to be time driven and provide detailed report by 12 days but after taking money they dont do anything. Infact I gave them so many details but they dont even record the client data properly. I have been looted for Rs 35000 at the time where I was under deep mental and financial stress. Only one person speaks initially called rahul rai and then he also does not pic up phone. They said that they investigated the residence in Bhopal but when I asked them the address and number they kept postponing the details. LAter said that the investigator who went has left thier firm. Highly Unprofessional and bogus.
