Dear sir/madam,

i have buy my samsung phone in dec suddenly display not proper working i gone service centre they told my your device put over there and they call me after repairing..10 days to go then no one call me when i callthem they told me samsung call centre will provide all details and when i am called in call centre they said service centre provide details after that my device part was not in stock they decide replacement after 2 or 3 days they said my part available somewhere i said ok then after 1 week said no parts available your give some document in local service cenre i submit that all document andnow replecement given time to come they do drama and i am told them now i want to my refund not replacement after that fighting with them any how they sad your refund approved ,after withing 15 working days but almost 1 month to go and now i am trying contact with them they told same answer your concern send to cenren team they called you,this same answer given sice last 12 to 13 days,no one contact me i want justice please help me
