I would like to bring this into your kind attention that the Punjab National Bank put me in big financial trouble to one unemployee for seeking MSME/CGTMSE scheme loan to start an Micro Industry. I was inspired by Govt saying “don’t be a job seeker and be a job giver “and prepared myself to become self-employed and provide job opportunities to others. I approached Punjab National Bank to avail loan, as usual Bank manager ( I. Hari Babu , 9963188988 ,9848533825 ) denied loan request with strange reasons. As per the Bank policy I have taken the issue to the Bank higher management. After then Local Bank manger sent a mail to me to come and meet him with documents so that they will consider my project under MSME/CGTMSE scheme. I went and submitted all the required documents and I was told to do building leasing agreement for the proposed unit. I found a building and manager visited and confirmed to do lease agreement for 7 Years. Accordingly I made a lease agreement on 28th June 2016 for 7 years in Govt registration office and paid 1.5Lack rupees as advance to Landlord at the monthly rent of 18,000RS.I have submitted lease registration papers to the Bank manager on 4th of July 2016.Since that day I was asked to come to bank every day for loan sanction but every day after making me wait for 2 or 3 hours in the Bank he used to postponed for next day this happened until 11th July 2016 ,on 12th Bank manager said that he will not give loan that he got transfer order. When I say it is not fair to tell after doing lease agreement as I will be in huge financial loss if I don’t start industry, he told me I must bear the loss as I have complained to his higher authorities. I realized bank manager took revenge on one unemployee for complaining to higher authorities. I went to new manager ( SIVARAMA KRISHNAIAH, bo0370@pnb.co.in , 0861-2326507 ) and told what was happened but he told me he cannot give loan and even he does not want to listen about loan request. Also he said the lease agreement done outside of the Bank and Bank has nothing to do with the agreement. I have done lease agreement as per the advice and confirmation of the Manager(I .Hari Babu). I am loosing every day 600rs on rent since 01/07/2016. I have taken to the Public grievance but complaint (DEABD/E/2016/08140) has been closed saying the project is not viable. After making lease agreement they are talking about project viability they’re not talking about my financial loss, abnormal and unfair practice, deficiency in bank service, and discouragement to new entrepreneurs, nonsupport of govt scheme and MSME act, and damage to my career. Now I have two options either to start an industry if loan available or pay compensation to landlord to cancel the Govt registered lease agreement. It is my humble request for help. This help not only to me it helps future would be entrepreneurs, and to generate employment opportunities and to build trust on grievance system. Most respectfully
