Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my complaint registered with India Post (EW294071105IN, Complaint No. 10007122631) for the non delivery of the parcel which was sent on 1st Aug from Kolkata to Jaipur. It is unfortunate that I have as of now not received any response on the same. I request your help to address this issue.

Please note the parcel was urgent to be delivered on time and was costing INR 2500.

I seek your help to resolve this issue with the India Post Organization.
