Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Prasad from Bangalore I booked a flat in Dreamz GK infra company in the month of Feb 2016 and I have cancelled my booking in the month of March 2016. Company has given post dated cheque for 19th August 2016. I got a call on 18th of August 2016 from Dreamz company saying that there is no balance in their account and they ask me to not to deposit the cheque and come for the settlement to office address.
I visited more than 7 times in a month and keep on changing their words by threatening me. Whenever I go to office to get my money they are speaking very rudely and there is no curtesy towards customers and also they directly told will not give your money back.

There are so many customers who is really suffering similar like me and kindly take appropriate action towards this fraud company and kindly help and protect customer rights.
