Purchased a washing machine serial no HOGPNeB1e652 on 17 August 2014. Since than it is vibrating and displaces when in use . Person who came for installation told it is due to uneven surface . We managed anyhow for 2 years now after change of address and re-installation experienced similar things but difficult to manage .
After Enquiring again now person says need to change whole body cover costing 4500 INR knowing now it is of out of warranty ( it was in warranty tlll 16 August 2016). Why I should pay for a problem which is there since the time of purchase
