Complaint Details
I gave Bandra gas a deposit of approximately Rs 900. We were told we would receive a subsidy. According to Bandra gas. they paid me a subsidy which was deposited in my bank acct. However, when i returned the gas, they did not give the principal amt back. They subtracted the subsidy from my principal & returned only half the amt. This doesn't make sense as a subsidy is supposed to be given over & above the principal.
