I had asked for salon service at home.the executive while doing back massage spilled hot boiling water on me. My back has got burnt mark which has left with permanent stain.The customer service is not reverting properly nor the caress about this. All i ask was all the doctor's expense which i have 2 go through.I have attached the images and dey say that its not their fault. i request the court to take a strict action against this. As this now also affects my future.
