Dear Sir,
We recently bought you company mobile on 23/4/2016 with IMEI number 911452055946009. But unfortunately after few days we started facing problem with the speaker. Initially we thought that It might be a network issue but after consulting with network company it found that the issue if with the instrument only.
Then finally we decided to handover the instrument to your Authorized Service center at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, now we have few concern for which you immediate attention is required.

1) When we handed over our instrument to your service center on (8th August’2016) and the problem was only with speaker which service team also checked and noted in the job sheet. (Enclosed Screenshot).
2) Service Center team said they will call us once the instrument is rectified.
3) We waited for more than 10 days but there was no response from them, then finally we gave a try and called them on 20th August’2016.
4) When we called on 20th August’2016, service team said mobile had been rectified and we can come and collect the same. When we asked why it was not informed they did not had any answer for the same.
5) When we collected the phone, we requested details of the parts which has been changed, for which we got the reply that DISPLAY AND SPEAKER…
6) We understand about the speaker problem, but when we asked why DISPLAY has been changed as we did not had any issue with that. For which service team bluntly said we cannot inform everyone what we change.
7) Now, when we checked the instrument we found scratch on all the sides, but during handing over there was not even a single scratch. (Enclosed Screenshot)
8) Also, we found that our instrument was also used by someone, as profile pic was changed. All our contact was deleted. We found wattsup, messages, picture folder etc of someone. (Enclosed Screenshot).
9) Also, if you go through one of the message (Screenshot enclosed) that the person who was using our instrument has problem with his instrument and was damaged.
10) Wanted to know why our instrument is been given to some third party for using, is this is what your company called Customer Satisfaction? (It is clear that our instrument has been used by someone as facebook, wattsup and games were installed and it has scratch all over).
We are sure that our instrument has been comprised and DISPLAY parts has been replaced with some other instrument and also used by some third party. Also when we did not had any problem with DISPLAY why it was changed without any information given to us. We need immediate action on this and request for a fresh instrument immediately as current instrument have got scratches all over as it has been used by some third party.
We have enclosed screenshot of Job-Sheet, Watts up profile detail, Profile Pic, Scratch Images, Folder Pics etc….Please take this on serious note and we need immediate action on the service provider as well as replacement with new instrument.
