Complaint Details
I went to Sangeeta Mobiles Mettupalayam Branch to buy a mobile. I asked the sales person that I am going to use Jio sim, so show me the samsung J2 2016 model, he said oppo is better than that which contains all the facilities that are available and convinced me and sell an A33 neo7 white oppo phone with invoice no: S1/MTP/771. Straightaway I went to JIO express mini store to buy 4g sim, there they told me that this phone does not contain VOLTE which was there in J2 and Jseries as a whole and even on LYF (Rs. 2800) phones. I then went straight away to Sangeeta Mobiles showroom and asked whether they can change the phone. They said they cant and they said they told it earlier that the phone contains only LTE and no volte, am I a mad man to just buy with the phone with only LTE without VOLTE. really a very bad customoer experience.
