Bought a Redmi 3s Prime phone in Flipkart. Paid thorugh Credit card on 7th. Sales page promises F-Assured which means 2 to 4 days delivery. But it is over 7 days and still didnt got delivered. While asking their customer service they said they dont have idea why their seller didnt shipped the product yet and will refund the money later. I have placed very similar product after this in COD which are all got delivered on 9th September itself.

If they cannot deliver as promised, they why did they put F-Assured badge in their product page?

I need compensation for this delay and the false advertisement.
