Complaint Details
I had a 100MBPS internet connection on fiber connection at home, provide by Spectranet. As per the plan opted, the billing was every quarter, and a security deposit of Rs. 4000/- was taken, which was refundable at the time of disconnection.
I had applied for disconnection of Spectranet Internet connection on 8-Aug-2016 vide Service Request No. SR1608268836.

Till date the service request is open. The connection has been suspended from their end. No refund has been made.

I have followed up Spectranet vigrously, but to no avail.
