Complaint Details
I had purchased HP laptop from flipkart on 10th Aug. But I was Micromax in HP packing and bill. After that we had placed request for the replacement of the default product by the original product for which I paid 28,488. I had regularly called them from 11th Aug for replacing but there was no response from Flipkart. At the end I had to cancel the order. Even after cancellation no one came to pickup the product. After calling them around 50 times they picked up the product from my place and gave me slip of Misshipment on 29th Aug. Now I don't have the laptop nor the money. Its been 18 days since the pickup is done. I call them everyday and get same reply that we are working on it. They are just cheating with me. Its a big fraud played with my money. My money is stuck with them. Please help me in getting my money back.
