Complaint Details
I purchased Mi4 brand new phone on 04 Feb,2016.It is under Warranty period.(Invoice Attached)
I submitted my Mi4 phone on 21 st May ,2016 with Job Sheet no. JS16052100750 @ Rohtak State -HARYANA Care centre.
Serial no. 867079020174518
The expected date of return was 31st May,2016.
But since 3 months passed and 4th month approaching ,my phone has not been repaired.
When I call the care centre ,they don`t pick up the call.I visited 5-6 times the care centre personally,but there is no treatment given to me.
I registered complaint against the care center with MI care with complaint no.
160616-000826 160617-000749.
But there is no solution.
I called the customer care again and again .(Phone no.9255779222 dated 18-07-2016 and again on 20-07-2016 with phone no. 9802278106)still problem not solved.
the discretion of Xiaomi is such that It can cheat ,play and play with the customer.
