This complain is about mischief with customer and fraud in selling and forcefully purchasing of Reliance 4G dongle by Reliance Communication, Mumbai
I have contacted and many emailed to higher authorities of reliance communication but there was no response from their side till date
I am user of Reliance Net Connect since 2011, the company upgraded the service from 3G to 4G somewhere during July. The dongle having with me has stopped working due to this upgradation. I connected reliance store, they told me to purchase a new dongle of Rs.1599 as company provides to you on discounted rate so argued that why should i purchased the same in spite of already having dongle already purchased of Rs.2300 before but they said you have to. Then i waited to procure as it was costly. On 14 Aug,2016 i went to store and asked for 4g dongle and they said we have not now available, wait for 2-3 days. But it was a wait of 15 days. I contacted alternate day and one day they said me to purchase it online Though, it is not safe to do transaction from cyber cafe, i went and tried to purchase it online but it show transaction error and displayed on screen that This offer is no longer available. Then i again i contacted to Reliance store but they said yes we have available but you need to purchase the same dongle on Rs.2700 and this price is same for old and new custmor. So My complain is that as a being older customer since 2011, it is moral duty of Reliance communication that they should inform their existing customer by any means email/msg/call that this offer is closing on so and so date, if you not procured.And immediately company changed policy without any intimation to customer and SAME 4G DONGLE previously available at Rs.1600 started to selling on Rs.2700. Hence, its a black marketing.. black mailing and exploitation of customer rights by ...there must be regulation on price and should be difference in old and new custome. The reliance store person finally said company is no free for you that they intimate ever time means company has only interested for new customer and has ignorance about existing customer.
