We have Booked Two PAckages with Yatri 4 Travel on 27th Feb'16 ... Booking ID - Y4T7788M , Y4T7789M, Till that date to today .. we have faced lots of harassments , Lots of False Commitments from yatri 4travel Executives , from Mr.Mayank , Mr.Abhishet,Ms.NEha , Mr.Amit, Mr.Dinesh Wahi,Mr.Vinesh ... While initial inquiry received regular calls from Mr.Mayank ... then after booking he suddenly shifted from Sales to some other department ... No body from yatri 4 Travel was ready to take responsibility on our bookings ... Finally we have to drop out our idea of Holiday ... Again we Send New form on End Aug'16 to use our package & fulfilled all requisites of Yatri 4 TRavel .. So we can use our package ... They received our Booking form on 5th Sep'16 ... till today 14_Sep-16 @12.43PM ... Received no feedback from any executive only receiving excuses ... Requesting all Please don't waste Your Hard earned Money .. its totally Fraud company .. Playing with Customer's emotions & hard earned Money ...I am attaching total mail communications /followup done by me & False commitments received from yatri 4 Travel...Before Booking to till payment done Every Customer wil receive Full fledge Service & regular calls from yatri Team , After that no body bothers on replying calls ... I have to try Ph.no.0120-4213369 (Customer support) , M.no.09717426636 full day ... Just to follow up on my hotel bookings ... But no one pick up the phone ...if some one pick up than every time new executive receives the call .. We have to explain them full History ... After doing all this also our issue has still not been resolved ...
Before booking I have read online reviews , All negative feedback of Customers for Yatri Team .. Even called up on some mobile no. to ck on exact situation .. Still I have done big mistake buying this package ..Also List of Hotels provided by them are just examples .. That every customers come to know after PAyment done.. Everything is wrong ... I m attaching mail coomunication dine with Yatri Team for 1St Holiday plan - Aabu tour (Which we have to dropped) & 2nd Hyderabad Tour (Still waiting for reply from Yatri Team)
