I visited Reliance digital showroom on 9th September 2016 to subscribe / register for Reliance Jio network service and get a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module). I went with all the compliant documents prescribed in the website. But I had to wait in a long queue for about 3 hours. Finally the service person from the showroom provided the waiting customers tokens (with unique numbers) and asked the customers to comeback to the same showroom on 14th September 2016 to receive the Reliance Jio SIM card by submitting the tokens provided. When I went back on 14th September 2016, the service person in the showroom mentioned that they don't have Jio SIM to distribute then and they cannot provide a possible date on which the SIM will be available. There was no courtesy or apology from their end as the probable customers suffered a lot with no solution at the end of the day. Please advise what can be done on their negligence of service.
