Ref : booking ref IOXQAH /16.9.16 chennai - Bangalore return ticket

Since there is Cauvery issue in bangalore and on Friday 16th sept chennai bundh


We would like to cancel this booking

But your staff is asking us for a cancellation fee

We cannot accept the cancellation charges
We request you to cancel this booking and refund full amount of the ticket


Failing which we will have to approach the airline ombassudam for Fürther action
