With reference to my complaint number 0081830/2016. After the follow up with the Raj bikes, finally they issued a cheque for Rs. 82750/-on 11th September 2016. Actual amount which I was paid is Rs.84500/-. They were told credit card service charge will not be refunded. I agree their statement. Whereas the difference amount of Rs.1250/- is not refunded so far. Today I enquired about the balance amount of Rs.1250/-.They were told me the amount cannot be refunded and you cannot get it from us. You try whatever way you want but you can't get the amount.

This is really unfair practice against the consumer and my money Rs.84500/- was with them for more than 45 days with them. Now I request you to help me to get the refund done and suitable interest for the 45 days.
