I had made a hotel booking vide ref no TGU0002785701 for Hotel Volga International for 25th of March 2016. Through Travelguru.com
Before reaching hotel someone over the phone at Volga confirmed yes sir your booking is confirmed. When I reached there they guided me to a room and in 10 mins came back stating your booking is not there. Rooms are available but you may have to pay. I tried reaching travelguru desk numbers but could not get through. I told them I have already paid why should I pay again on which they said they have not received any payment or booking please check with your service provider.
I have had multiple follow ups with both Volga and Travelguru last mail i received was they are willing to refund 50% of my tariff but when i was not allowed to take a room why should i take a refund of 50%
