Dear Sir,
I Would like to let you know about a case/Fraud happened with me. Sir I have ordered a Product/Mobile online from a site http://www.whaaky.com/ after getting a good deal for rs. 1499 on that site on 02-April-2016 in the name of Shalini Srivastava and also i have paid the money through my Debit Card on the same day and also i got a confirmation from them that the order is booked and it will reach to me in 7-10 business days but after long time when i didnt get my product i emailed them for the status and then i received my product on 18th April but when i opened the package i found an old and defective mobile so on the same day i placed a e-mail to the company support regarding replacement/Refund of my product they also asked me to send the images of the product and i did the same and then they told me to send the images of courier reciept i again did the same and from then onwards the game of mailing has started. The company told me for self shipment of the product from my side to them, and i done the same just to get my refund and they told me that they will place my refund soon, i have done lots of emailing to them till date but i didn't get my refund, they always told me that they will do it soon, Sir, i feel very much cheated from them and its almost more than 4 months of this case i have all the emails from beginning that they sent me....it is requested to please have a look on this matter and take this on priority and punish them...i am really very much disturbed by them.
