Unresolved complaint for 15 days and IFB technician damaged the Washing machine

Subject - Ticket No. - 1103349814. Clothes not drying in IFB executive Front Load - 5kg

I raised a complaint on 2 sept 2016 - Ticket No. - 1103349814.

Technician (Ponraj) visited my place on 10th Sept 2016. I briefed the technician that the only problem with the washing machine was that the clothes are not getting dried up properly . He was very rough while inspecting the machine , in spite of my repeated request to be careful he did not listen . After inspecting the washing machine he told me that drier pump and shock absorbs has to be replaced. when I asked him to go ahead and replace the parts he told that he does not have the parts and he will come a day after i.e 11th September 2016 and replace it and left .

After he went , i tried washing clothes and figured out that all the water was just coming out of the washing machine. In spite of my repeated reqeust the techinician did not listen and he was so rough while checking the machine that the internal pipe to the drier came out.
I immediately called the techinican and informed him that all the water is coming out , he visited my house again after investigation told me that the internal pipe to the drier has come out and he cannot connect it has to be replaced. This time also he did not had the spare part. I reqeusted him to change the pipe asap as the condition of the machine was that I even cannot wash my clothes. He again confirmed that he will visit my house next day 11AM which was sunday and replace all the parts. I literally begged him to come a day after and fix it and I was not even able to Wash my clothes.

On next day (Sunday) , he did not turn up till 2 PM . I called him multiple times (10 + times)but he did not pick my call . I had no other option that washing my clothes myslef.
On 11th Spet 2016 & 12th spet 2016, I called him muliple times but he did not pick my call
On 13th sept , he picked my call after trying multiple times and confirmed that he will come and repair whenever he will get the part.

On 14th Septmeber , some other techincian called me (Vinod) and informed that he will come and repair the washin machine. I reqeusted him to visit my house on Saturday.
Today he visited my place and completely opened the washin machine to fix the internal pipe. After opening the machine and while fixing the internal pipe he figured out that there is one pipe holder is missing in the washin machine and he will not be albe to fix it.
He has told me that he will come tomorrow and fix it . Tomorrow is Sunday and I do not think the techinican will fix it . As he has opened the Machine to fix the internal pipe , I requested him to screw up all the parts again so that if he is not able to visit tomorrow , atleast the parts which he has opened will be safe. He did not like it and in a very rough manner closed the machine . I have attached few pics from my utility which shows the condition of my utility after he left. He did not tie the parts properly and many nut-bolt are lying on the floor.

It has been more than 15 days and IFB technicians have screwed my washimg machine to such an extent that even I am not able to wash the clothes. Earlier the problem was only with the drier. I am forced to wash clothes myslef for last 15 days.

The technician are so rude and courtesy-less that inspite of repated reqeust they do not listen.

I tried to complain to bangalore customer care Ms Romilla and informed her about all this in the morning. She confirmed that she will call me in 15 mins and update but I have not received any call from her in last 7 hrs. I do not know what to do and competely fed up . Can someone please help in resolving this.
