I had made 2 bookinkgs IDs IN1607B4S1180705 and IN1607B4S1180819 for Europe tour without realizing the trap I was getting into.

For the bookings I paid nearly 2/3 of the total cost of the tour as insisted by Sale Rep nearly 2 months prior scheduled trip. However, their visa team provided fake ticket and hotel bookings which obviously resulted in rejection of visa by Spanish Embassy, leaving me in a situation where there was no other choice than to cancel the trip.

After repeated communication with their accounts department for nearly 45 days I managed to get part refund. I was duped of about Rs 47K in the bargain. Amazingly every call accounts rep Ankit Dewan kept changing stories and kept throwing different figures for deductions.

I realized their modus operandi of getting cancellations due technical glitches or fake bookings. This probably generates better returns than providing actual services.
