Please do not buy Maruthi Nexa S Cross Limited

Edition.
My Mother has bought S Cross 7 months back still the

vehicle registration was in Pending by RTO

Deparment... The reason being is The Form 21/22

which has been given by Maruthi was wrong as it

shows only Maruthi Suziki SCross but there was no

Limited Edition Mentioned...I was following up with

the Dealer and relationship manager since past 6

months, they dont even care about this... Keep on

postponing.Finally I thought of brininging it up to

the next level, I Raised a request to Nexa with

Complaint Number-NX309142128 but they were not even

bothered about it... Keep on saying we need time...

They too some under same roof as the dealer... Sent

Many email folow ups to Delaer but not even one

single reply... Called them more than 100 times

still no progess in the issue... I sent them an

email saying I want to go to court as you are not

taking responsibility of this issue then the so

called manager of Nexa Showroom called me on my

phone and threatened me saying "Maruthi has a leagal

Panel and they will suite a case against me in the

court"...Also He told "RTO people are bribing for no

reason, as these days RTO officers are not getting

money they are creating all these issues to the

customers"... Finally he told he need 15 days and

solve the issue but still no progress... Still they

are not taking the responsibility to get my vehicle

registered.... On the other hand SBI the loan

officers calling me for the Original registration

papers and telling that the vehicle will be seized

for the reason of not being registered..

I a waiting the reason that my mother at the age of

50 can't goto court for these kind of issues, but

nexa doesn't even care of the court case and all as

they have a strong legal panel to suite a case

against us...
