Complaint Details
A Xiaomi Redmi2 mobile handset purchased in Jan'16 stopped working on 25th July'16. Their service center took the phone and said that the faulty mother board needs replacement. This is under warranty but they are dilly dallying till this day. Kindly see self explanatory attached mails.
