Phone redmi 3s, imei 861428031202824, invoice f0yqi00817-00188155.
I bought this phone through flash sale on 7th September, they gave me the delivery date 10th sep but they didn't even packed it till 10th, so I complained them. They took two more days to deliver but I waited. As I complained so they gave a defective piece. I requested for return on 13th, they accepted but processed it on 16th 8pm so that I would receive it max late. As I called many times in between 13-16 to process it l, they again sent me a defective piece to take revenge over my social media complaints. Now I want my money refund then again they are asking for 5 more days. I am sick of there nonsense. Please help me out teach them a lesson so that no one faces such cheating from flipkar
