against :Micromax House 90B, Sector-18, Gurgaon Pin Code - 122015
Q386 phone malfunctioning after 32 days of purchase.This is the third time , I went to service centre for repairing Q386( after 32 days of purchase ).Job No. E030749-0916-25533005 dated 19/09/2016.
Service centre told me the set will be repaired within 20 days. But during this time what will use the owner ? I am expecting the repairing within 3 days , so within 22/09/16- I want return on 23/09/16. If not possible, then I have to be given alternate phone for use of owner temporarily- Remember the set malfunctioned after 32 days of purchase.
I have no time regularly to email you or to receive your phone- as I have to ready for speech of meeting, for teaching material and have to attending meeting.
Again I request you to refund or to replace the set.
Again ,technician of service centre had stolen the parts of set which was deposited for repairing- this has occurred before my eye on 19/09/16 at Purple, Dumdum, kolkata. Token no. 67 is the suffered customer. What kind of service is it?
I had thought to buy MMX LED TV- but MMX has forced me to change my decission. Till now the time has- please do not harass me.
