I had an Insurance for my iphone 6s with syska, it covers all kind of damages, my phone broke and after a very long process of me sending them the phone and my papers thet finally approved that i will get about 30 k rupess eventhough the phone is worth more, but i accepted the waiting period of 60-90 days, after 90 day i called them again and they told me to wait 60 days more , after 60 days they told me again that its in process and that it will come to my bank account, i still have not received anything and i feel like they wont give me my money.
I paid for this insurance so that i can get a phone replaced or at least some ammount back , the phone was totally damaged in an accident so i had to buy a new one and i got no help from the insurance whatso ever.
