I have taken You scod18 (Aviva network) cable connection from last October 2015 [Just because there is no alternative provider available due to monopoly].They charged 6000 Rs for HD box + 1 yr HD connection , in addition to that they are charging Rs 350 per month for normal cable channels. [if you calculate total yearly charges then those are high as compared to even premium packages of any DTH provider in area].The real problem is there is no service available for many days in every month , sometimes even for weeks. And there is ZERO customer service provided by Aviva network provider ,who collects the money. They don’t pick up the call when you try to contact on customer support numbers. Sometimes even rudely switch off phone . once in a blue moon, when they pick up they will say issue will be fixed but NO ACTION is taken. The payment collection guy Pradeep [9702153644] shamelessly shows up 10-15 days in advance every month for collection.
This is the worst cable service I have ever experienced in my life. Zero service after charging premium rates and causing mental harassment to the public.
Request you to take the strict action against them so that they don’t take customer for granted.
