Hello,

I would like to share my experience I had with Samsung Service Center. I had purchased a Samsung S7 on 19th May, 2016 on the very next day the person on the other end could not hear me and I had to get the smartphone replaced. Now within a period of 3 months the cellphone has started to freeze. I urged the SAMSUNG center to refund back my money since this is the second cell they have given me and it has started to freeze. Within this week I have visited the Samsung Service Center (Zain Telecom,Andheri East, Mumbai) 5 to 6 times, to even prove myself I also video recorded it(Attaching the video recording done on 18th September, 2016) just within an hours time my cellphone was submitted for surveillance. The center Manager (Mr. Sandeep) says the video is no evidence as this is not freezing in front of them. The contact person from Samsung Head Office (Yachna Chauhan) says a cellphone is considered to have heating issues is when it heats ups upto 45 degrees otherwise there is no heating issue

I urge and request you to please refund my money back as I have purchased this for Rs. 48900 and I am tried of running down to service centers asking them to solve this issue.
