Complaint Details
I had purchased a Carrier 5 star AC one year before from Satya dealer ( Dealers for carrier). During the last one in use, Carrier had changed the AC swing motor ( Under warranty) and now I have problem with the Indoor AC motor. I had requested carrier to do the service for the same. After the service and paid 1550 INR for the service. But within one time, I am encountering the same technical issue ( E3 error in the display) and called carrier to rectify the same. Carrier had informed that the will charge me Rs 450 for service and maintenance for the motor as applicable. I requested since it is the same issue and requested to waive off the fee.
