Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that I booked one parcel to Australia to my daughter on 20-08-2016 vide consignment number N 96872512 addressed in favour of my son -in- law Mr. Srikanth kilari.

(1) It was a 2kg parcel and the amount of Rs 3400/ was collected. The receipt is enclosed for reference.

(2) I tracked it for one week and it exhibited in transit without showing where it was.

(3) After one week I contacted DTDC branch at HARANADHAPURAM, NELLORE-524003 on 29-08-2016, where I booked the parcel.They replied that the parcel was returned.My staff member was sent to receive back the parcel and person available in office Mr.UDAYA BHASKAR informed that he has to contact franchisee head Mr. CHANDRA SEKHAR and will be returned by evening.

(4) Even till today the parcel was not returned to me inspite of repeated visits.

(5) In this connection I have a suspicion that there is some mischief in this. I feel that they did not send the parcel even to Hyderabad, but telling a story that the parcel was returned. It needs critical examination.

(6) if the parcel was received at Hyderabad, the tracking status should have been shown at Hyderabad and retuned from there.Even to day they are unable to tell from where it was returned.

(7) I feel it my right to know where it was returned ? They demand entire amount of Rs 3400/ for not transporting to any station. If at all it is transported to Hyderabad, they can only collect charges to and fro from Hyderabad,but not entire amount.

(8) As the franchisee behavior is highly erratic and very poor service I am forced to write this letter.

(9) A scanned copy of consignment reeipt and tracking status today on 07-09-2016 is enclosed.

(10) Finally I would like to inform if the issue is not resolved in 3 days, I shall be forced to file case in consumer court against this.
