Complaint Details
The Bank recovered Rs.50,657 from my pension amount (SB.A/c No.10667605073)against the orders of the Hon"ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.11527 of 2014 and also against the O M..No.F.No.18/03/2015-Esst(Pay-1) dated 02-03-2016 of the Ministry of Pensions,Govt.,of India on the following counts.(1) Recoveries commenced with out prior notice to me (2)d Recoveries started after more than 9 years instead of the stipulated period of 5 years &(3)Excess payment resulted because the Bank did not regularize my pension amounts as and when received from the CPAO,New Delhi and not due to my fault. Hence the recovered amount be refunded to this 8 2 y ear old pensioner,
