Complaint Details
My gold loan account no. GL6213027 with unique identity no. AD9CDE54 was executed at Mira Bhayander Branch loan amount being 38000/- INR.
I am ready to repay the loan principal amount now.

My pregnant wife and aeging mother have been harassed due to my non-availability to the point that I have decided not to borrow again from IIFL.

I have submitted all the relevant documents requested by them but still I am expecting my gold back.
They said 2 days but it has already gone and still no reply from them.
