I plan to bye water purifier from Eureka forbes , so that I called eureka forbe customer care , They send two persons for checking water , They checked & told me water hardness is 220 so that magna Uv+ is suitable for u , based on their recommend I ordered magna Uv+ online on 22/06/2016 , I got the product after five days , after 12 days only the installment person came for installation (after so many followups), Then they say wait for two days u will get good water , after two days the water become very worst taste unable to drink ,then we contact customer care , they send one service person , he told for your water magna UV+ is not suitable. then we try to raise return on the same day 23/07/16 ,But the system not accept , we contact customer care , they given us a mail id:customercareofficer@eurekaforbe.co.in
Pls mail the detail they will solve the issue , After so many mails they are not respond till date , I am very upset. Details about purchase & cheated fellow employee detail also in that document.
