Sir,
I am using TATASKY DTH services with subscription ID 1075020428 since last six years.On date 20.09.2016 my TV stopped receiving signals,dispaying "NO SIGNALS" message on screen hence i booked complaint booked complaint on the same day #ROOMGY9.In response to complaint tatasky co.technician visited my on dt.21.09.16@5pm without properly analyzing the problem ,he replaced my set top box by the one which he brought with him,and informed me that company will download new software in it and the problem will be solved.Tatasky deducted Rs.600/- from balance without my consent and sent me message that your complaint is attended. Even after changing the set top box the "nosingle" problem was persisting hence I contacted to call center I was told to recharge my account so I recharged my account by Rs.400/- still the problem was persisting hence again I booked the complaint #ROU87PF on dt 22.09.16.After rigorous followup with call center the technician visited my house on dt.24.09.16@13.00PM (this time different person) and checked and said the problem was in junction box and attended the same .Even then there were no singles receiving to tv then he said the set top box is not functioning and is giving"ERROR"
Requires change of set top box as he was not having spare set top box with him,he left the complaint un attended.On date date 25.09.16 @11.00hrs he replaced the set top box,now the TV is receiving the singles but i am not able to view all the channels,when I asked the reason to the technician he told the common dish over my building is very old and the junction box
is short.Hence
I contacted call center for providing me separate disk.The call center person told separate dish will only be provided in case of address change.This clearly indicates the tatasky is not solving my problem and not giving me proper service.The company has already cheated me for Rs.600 and even for no single the company is deducting daily charges.
I sincerely request you to look into the complaint and instruct the tatasky to provide me separate dish and refund my deducted amount to my account,
