Dear Sir
I have a Sony Vaio Laptop which was purchased by me on 23/06/2014. I have been facing problem with the laptop since i have purchased it. I have visited the service centre many a times but I returned with no proper solution.During this period they always told me that there is no problem with the laptop.When I visited the service centre in the month of July 2016 they told me that the laptop hard disk is faulty and I need to pay for the hard disk. They told me that my laptop warranty is expired. I Have purchased a 2 years warranty extension at the time i purchased the laptop. I have all the related papers with me. Now Sony people are telling that my laptop warranty is expired and i will have to pay to get the laptop repaired. But my laptop is still under warranty till 23/06/2017. I had written a mail to them on 01/09/2017 with the Invoice copy and extended Warranty Papers. They gave me a reference number 33462901 on mail but nothing happened. Again I sent a reminder mail on 7/09/2016. And again I got a new reference number 34289097. But thereafter i did not got any reply from them. I am mentally very harassed by the company. Sir I request you to make them pay the entire laptop amount with compensation for harassment from the company.
