Complaint Details
We 6 travelled almost 80 km from chennai ans visited resort. When we saw the resort not at all happy with the location and other facility. Even tho we paid full payment and stayed last week 24 sep it was Saturday only one customer booked in that resort so u can understand the service of the resort. We asked for service which use to provide in resort like ac tv but nothing was working then we spoke to customer care and ask for room change then they provide room change while booking the resort they said break fast is complimentary but the manager subhov said we don't provide complementry it's a aforent lie. We tried to call customer care on Sunday but no one answered our call at last we paid for break fast and check out the resort. I suggest refund for what we paid for break fast
