Hi,
I have received a bill of Rs 13000 in July for my electricity bill provided by Reliance energy.
1. I received an bill dated 16.07.2017 for amount of Rs 13080 with which included previous balance of Rs 5149
2. Previous month's bill was 5140 - I had paid 3070 so firstly this month's bill should be 7874+2070 ; 13080 is 5213 Rs more. There is no explanation of why this is so.
3. My average bill for last 18 months was 3450 - I have not added any appliances in the house -why then have I received an bill which is double the average amount randomly.
There two issues :
A. Firstly as per the bills sent - since I paid 3070 in June - they cannot send the entire amount added in July's bill.
2. There is no explanation for such extremely high bill which was never the case for last 18 months; Have been following up with them for two months. I have not received any explanation on this.
