Hello Team,
I have purchased Dell Inspiron 3558 on April 8 ,2016. But due to my charging port issue i have given my laptop to your authorised service center below

Laptop given to service center DATE:- 1/8/2016
Todays Date :- 29/9/2016

Its almost 60 days i am not getting any call from service center and still i am waiting for my laptop.
My laptop is not repaired yet. I have already paid them 5000 RS even my laptop is in warranty.
